I cannot praise Cindee and Kim at Craft Guard enough. I was in need of a high umbrella policy for my General Liability Insurance. I am new to contracting and getting a reasonable rate or even getting coverage at all due to the abnormal policy was not easy. After being rejected by 5 other companies, Cindee called me, and we talked about what I needed for coverage. She agreed it wasn't an easy policy to get, but that she would try. I forgot to renew my policy even with multiple reminders from them. When I called, my policy was already expired by 2 weeks. Customer service went out of her way to call the insurance company and I'm not sure what she did, but she was able to talk them into letting me renew my policy with no lapse. This helped so much because I was waiting on payment from a job and I would have possibly lost it. You should definitely insure with them if you get the chance. They honestly make you feel like family and never act bothered by your call like you can find at other places. I also have never gotten an answering machine when I call like at other places I used to be insured with.
